Laser Projector GraphicEQ

The main construction is based around aluminium 2020 extrusion. I’m using seven laser pointers and an MSGEQ7 to separate out and project seven frequency bands from an audio source.

A central piece of 2020 extrusion spins around – driven by a brushless motor. Each side of the 2020 has a mirror stuck on it in seven positions to correspond with each laser. The MSGEQ7 and Arduino MEGA control the positions of seven shutters attached to R/C servos which cause the projected laser line to change length.
